Chic Republic Public Company Limited is a store that distributes furniture, accessories, housewares, and bedding and mattresses in the form of “Stand Alone” store. The company has its own House Brands called Chic Republic (CHIC) and Rina Hey. Other imported brands sold in its stores and online platforms are Ashley and other brands. The company considers itself as “The First Home Fashion Store in Thailand” that sells furniture, accessories, housewares, and bedding and mattress. Currently, the Company has 6 stores, consisted of 5 stores in Thailand; Praditmanuthum, Pattaya, Bangna, Ratchapruek, Ramindra and 1 store in Cambodia.

FURNITURE AND HOME DECORATIONS AND MATTRESS AND BEDDING RETAILER
Chic Republic Public Company Limited is a store that distributes furniture, accessories, housewares, and bedding and mattress in form of “Stand Alone” store with the concept of “Home Fashion Living” or “To live in style, taste, and design.” Modtrad Style (a mix of Modern Style and Traditional Style) was born to describe the unique style of Chic Republic. This style integrates modern and classic identities, forming a contemporary style that serves the needs of current customers. In addition, the Company sells via online channels such as www.chicrepublicthai.com, www.rinahey.com, https://www.facebook.com/chicrepublicthai/, https://www.facebook.com/rinaheythai/ and Line Official Accounts. Moreover, products are distributed through online marketplace including Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc, Central online, and JD Central. There are three types of products sold through Retail Store and Online Channels: House Brands, imported brands, and Consignment brands.
PROJECT BASED
The Company manufactures and installs built-in furniture for real estate clients, mostly condominium projects. This is another channel for the company to also sell its loose furniture and home decoration items and also create brand awareness. Products sold through this channel are customized loose furniture ad built-in furniture for each project along with house brands Chic Republic and Rina Hey.
INTERIOR DESIGN & TURNKEY SERVICE
In March 2021, the Company extended its service by expanding a new business unit called “Chic Design Studio”. Chic Design Studio offers interior design and turnkey service to clients wanting to do interior design for their house or condominium. The team also offer interior design and construction for restaurant, café, and condominium mock up room and sales gallery.
RENTAL AND DECORATION SERVICES FOR FURNITURE AND HOME DECORATIONS
The Company extends its business with Furniture & Prop Rental & Styling under “Chic Rent In Style” offering furniture rentals and interior decorations or styling by stylists. This is for clients such as entertainment or event organizer companies, interior designers or interior companies, and real estate owners to rent furniture or decorate rooms and take photos to keep as their portfolios or sell and rent rooms more easily.

RENTAL REVENUE
The Company provides rental areas for tenants: especially restaurants because it drives more traffic to the stores. In addition, dividing of areas within the stores for to tenants for rent also increases source of revenue for the Company. The criteria for selecting tenant is entrepreneur who has business that match the Company's concept: style, taste, design, and uniqueness.
