Chic Republic Co., Ltd. is the Company’s subsidiary that operates for sales of furniture and home decoration. For the Cambodian branch was registered for the company established in Cambodia with registered share capital of 20,000,000 Cambodian Riel on 28 March 2018. In 2024, the Group downsized its Cambodia branch.

Chic Stay (2023) Co., Ltd. (Formerly named “The Blueground Co., Ltd.”) is the Company’s subsidiary that operates for management service and rent residence that was registered in Thailand with registered share capital of Baht 6,500,000 on 20 December 2023. The licensor notified to terminate the license agreement in February 2025. On 24 November 2025, the Company filed for dissolution and is currently in the process of liquidation.
